He brings decades of experience in both the construction and engineering business to the heavy construction industry – one of the company’s main specialties. In fact, Martel Engineering started out working in international business applications providing expertise on structural supports in Iraq, Afghanistan and Haiti, and later went on to work as the structural engineer for the contractor portion of the Port of Miami Tunnel Project. We’ve also erected contractor support walls for the Central Artery portion of the Big Dig in Boston.
